Constructicon provided essential substructure, drainage, and concrete services for Vinci Construction on their Civic Hub development. This project showcased our versatility in handling diverse construction requirements, from high-spec new installations to the sensitive refurbishment of the existing market basement. Collaborative team work assisted in Constructicon winning ‘Sub-contractor of the scheme’ award.
Constructicon were appointed by KIER Construction Ltd to provide the sub-structure works on a new science bock, library and link building and new sports pavilion at the North Chadderton High School. Works included all necessary cut and fill, installation of left in-situ sheet piles, pile cropping, foundation install, drainage connections, 3 types of attenuation tank, an Aqua Spira unit and all formwork and concrete.
Constructicon were appointed by Integrated Health Projects in 2022 to assist with the construction of a new Mental Health Unit at North Manchester Hospital. The scheme was to comprise 150 single bedrooms with private ensuite shower rooms. In addition to this a variety of indoor activity areas, meeting rooms for family visiting, accessible gardens, spaces for therapeutic artwork, a gymnasium and café were also incorporated.
Construction were involved in the project from inception to completion, working closely with all stakeholders at every stage of the process.
