Scope of works
- Construction of 4.5metre high waterproof retaining wall which exceeded 1 mile in length.
- Over 5 miles of drainage with in excess of 370 new manholes / PPICS.
- Connection to United Utilities manholes including apparatus located within the public highway.
- Installation of over 10,000m3 of concrete to foundations, retaining walls, ground floors and external structures.
- Provision of waterproof and and gas proof membrane throughout the site.
- Installation of all external works.
